History of DLT&V
DLT&V Systems Engineering, Inc. (DLT&V) was founded in 2007 by the merger of DL Engineering & Controls, Inc. and TMV Systems Engineering, Inc. The combined experience of the two firms includes work on some of the largest SCADA systems in the United States including, but not limited to systems for the Clark County Water Reclamation District in Nevada, The San Diego County Water Authority in California, and the City of Phoenix, in Arizona.
DL Engineering & Controls (DLEC) was founded in 1997 by Brian Downing and Chris Lynch. DLEC provided electrical engineering, construction management, and integration and support services. At the time of the merger, DLEC had offices in Arizona, Nevada and California.
TMV Systems Engineering was founded in 2003 by the merger of Realtime Systems and Cholla Electrical Consultants, which were founded in 1989 and 1995, respectively. TMV also provided electrical engineering, construction management, and integration and support services from offices in Arizona and California. At the time of the merger Melinda Tam and Sam Vandivort, two of TMV’s founding owners, joined Brian and Chris as the owners of DLT&V.
