DLT&V Offers New Business Intelligence Solution with Incuity EMI

DLT&V Systems Engineering, Inc. (DLT&V) and IncuityEMI have announced a strategic partnership to provide business intelligence software solutions to industrial clients in the western U.S. DLT&V has long been recognized as a leader in control systems engineering and integration. IncuityEMI is an enterprise intelligence platform that combines multiple data silos across an organization into a logical, integrated data set that can be utilized for better decision-making from the operator level to the C-level.
Control systems, Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) packages, and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software all gather unique data that is vital to operational performance in different ways. Historically, though, these data have been stored separately and used in isolation by employees in the various departments that have access to them. The heart of the IncuityEMI solution is the software’s ability to harvest the data from these multiple locations and platforms, abstract the data from the complexities of the individual data sources, and provide a coherent view of the information in the context of dynamic business requirements.
Incuity EMI provides standards-based connectivity to just about any database system, to the most popular process historians and to numerous different families of real-time control data sources. It provides broad connectivity to virtually any data source in small, medium and large companies or utilities, from direct operational control systems to enterprise business applications. It offers sophisticated capabilities for manipulating, viewing and sharing data throughout larger organizations to support better business decisions about production operations. Incuity EMI can access information over any network, using standard browsers, and process it as requested so users can analyze it from within the application software they already use to do their jobs – whether it’s word processors, spreadsheets, graphics, data mining, business intelligence or other programs.
“Adding the Incuity EMI software to the products and services we already offer will allow us to serve our clients even better with their control system and informational needs,” said Brian Downing, P.E., DLT&V’s President and CEO. “Incuity EMI software will be a valuable addition because as we come along side our clients to help them design and implement the best solution for their particular needs, we are now able to open up a whole new set of actionable data for them.”
